Get your Admission Notice and JW202 form from the university via courier.

Medical Examination
Complete the physical examination at an authorized clinic in your country.

Apply at Embassy
Submit your visa application at the nearest Chinese embassy or consulate.

Processing
Standard processing takes 4–7 business days. Express options may be available.
5
Travel to China
Once approved, book your flights and prepare for arrival at your university.

- JW201 or JW202 form from the university
- Original Admission Notice
- Physical Examination Record (Foreigner)
- Completed visa application form with photo
